I was a Yamaha YBR125cc Motorbike, but at August I have sold it, I want to cancel our contract about insurance.
I don`t know what happened with your Company, but 3 times I have written letter, by email and posted as well about I have sold my bike and please refund my rest money, please.
But no answer.
It was 18th August 2016. From there are spent a lot of time, but nothing? Why?
I have been able to get Insurance with your company, could pay as well, but can`t to cancel it. Why?
The new owner would get his own insurance as well, but he cannot, because looks like this bike it has insured by your company?!
So, please help me in this situation.
Here I have attached my originally letter. Please do something!
During this time changed my wife Card number etc. So should be contact with me about refund etc.

Please transfer money back the rest money for my wife Bank Account.

“Problem with documents being sent - empty envelope arrived! - had to `phone and request it be sent correctly.
Documents updated are not showing correct details - Bennetts are aware and are striving to correct the problem (software issue) - however there was no notification or advice that updated documents would be sent - I `phoned to check why my documents didn`t reflect the policy I paid for and then was told of the problem
Would not recommend Bennetts and will not be re-insuring when this policy expires”
