“Having returned my bike to the road, I returned to Bennetts who were my previous insurer.
I told them that they were my previous insurer and had never sent any documation when my insurance last ended. I was told not to worry, they would find it on the system and I didn't have to do anything further.
Two weeks later I receive a letter telling me my insurance has been cancelled because I didn't supply proof of no claims.
Terrible service, will not be returning.”

“Couple problems in the beginning. I sent the cbt certificate off via text message and this wasn't received and so I got a letter to say the policy would be cancelled. I rang the number and spoke to a member of staff who took the info over the phone. She was polite and helpful. 2 weeks later I received another letter to say the cbt info still wasn't received and the policy would end soon. I rang again and spoke to another member of staff who stated she just needed to click the accept on the info I had given, which she did. Another helpful member of staff. Very apologetic and friendly. Overall with the mistakes, this was stress free and a relief to speak to helpful staff. Also, it has been a lot easier to sort bike insurance than ever having to sort car insurance. I will hope to carry on with this insurance company. Thank you”
