“When I contacted Bennetts and got my quote I was very impressed with the service over the phone and the quote was near £200 cheaper than who I was with last year. The only trouble I had was getting my policy documents, it took over 2 weeks and about three phone calls, it seemed to be that they couldn't get my e-mail address correct. Overall I'm pleased with my purchase and the Bennetts benefits are great value for money.”
“I originally took out my contract and set up by paying direct debit,I called the next day to pay the full amount which I was told would be fine. A £15 deposit had already been taken so I called again to ask for a refund.
I was told I would have to receive a full refund of the whole amount then call back to pay off the balance.
Over a month later I am still waiting for the refund and the monthly direct debit payments are being taken out of my account as well!”
