“So far so good. They were easy to get along with and understood my particular requirements where others couldn't / wouldn't. I have a Harley with the usual modifications and this was recognised as "normal" as opposed to a reason to charge me more or even refuse insurance.
Compared to the hassle with Bikesure / Adrian Flux last year with their strict requirements for photographs of the bike including the odometer; having to specifically sign a declaration limiting my mileage and; having to send them through the no-claims certificate despite being able to access the information themselves Bennetts is miles better. None of that rubbish and a solid, low price for my circumstances.
I can't give Bennetts 5 stars as I haven't used their full range of services ( I hope I never have to) as I haven't had any cause to make a claim. I don't know what they are like to deal with in that situation but I doubt it could be worse than Harley Davidson / Carole Nash who dragged their heels and had me speaking to at least 4 different people to resolve my claim.
For the moment I would recommend Bennetts for a Harley rider in central London.”
