“policy price was ok but communication is not so good .i tried to get them to contact me as I am on a mobile phone and waiting for them to answer can use all your credit .so I could add another bike . and they said by email they can not call me as they do not have the facility to do so. so I want to give them more money and they do not want to call me to take it. bad service .i think. poss insure another bike with a different company.”
“Database was incorrect, via the 'Bike Insurer' website, bike is a Kawasaki ZZR1100, but the database and original quote came back for a ZXR1100, I queried with this Bennetts who said they had the Bike as a ZZR and the quote stood - £132.
However when I called back to buy, another agent said that was wrong and the ZZR was actually £411 to insure - THREE times the original quote, at that point I didn't have the time to get other quotes so paid it - VERY disappointed with this system error, unacceptable!”
