“Having been with C.Nash for over 20 years they wanted an extra "73 to put another bike on my policy,this was more than my original policy which would have taken it to £490 bearing in mind I have over 20 years n.c.b. So got a quote for a new insurance for bike from Bennetts which was £93 bearing in mind as I am stilll with C.Nash I couldn't transfer my discount.
Guy was very helpful and I will be switching my other bike over to them when policy with C.Nash expires next year.

“"Not a pleasant experience. No one would answer the phone . When it eventually got answered after 20 minutes and 21 seconds I got cut off . I was put on hold for well over 10 minutes at one stage to then be cut off . I cancelled the policy . Gone with another insurer now .”
“Never had so much trouble with taking out a policy. Three times sending proof of NCD and still no good. Then without asking charged me an additional £152. Almost impossible to get through on the phone, only to be told it's my fault and I should have read all the small print. Very unhelpful people, should have stayed where I was. Won't be renewing this policy. All my other bikes are with Carol Nash who are absolutely superb and will get this bike too come my renewal date.”
