“Bit of a pointless review as I haven't really experienced what it's like to make a claim through this company. Setting up the insurance was as easy as could be. Prices were the lowest for what I needed so I chose them. To give an accurate review would require me to see their claims handling process first hand. Other than that I've used Bennetts before and would use again”

“Where do I start already have a multi bike policy with Bennetts with two motorcycles on. bought a new motorcycle went to add it to the policy but could not get hold of a human was put on hold for an hour and a half then I was hung up on. I was forced into buying a new policy online with Bennetts in the end to cover the motorcycle that I had to ride home from Cornwall since then tried to speak to human to sort out why I've had to purchase yet another policy when I have a multi bike policy in place already. NOT HAPPY. All I wanted to do was remove one motorcycle and add a new motorcycle to the policy was asked for for policy number , number not known this just went on and on put on hold again then hung up on again.
Then I went on to their website tried to amend policy but unable to do so no talk to their automated computer Gizmo absolutely useless but at the end of the day they will blame it on covid because they're people have to work from home but even when you give them your telephone number no one ever phone's you back so hopefully someone from Bennetts will pick this up and actually speak to me.”
