“They did not give my NCD right away I had to prove to them who my last insurer was ! it was Bennetts then they took £184.08 from my bank to renew my policy without my consent for the same policy I had purchased on line from them for£94. I am still waiting for a refund !! I thought they were working on my behalf not overcharging when they think they can get away with it !! not happy with them.”
“Not had to make use of the insurance but it was more expensive than I thought it would be for my age. However it was straight forward and a reasonably quick process to get my bike insured.”
