“Very bad customer service. An error in my application was dealt with in a most unhelpful manner and very quickly when it was seen as my fault. Now it seems that they are at fault and owe me £80 suddenly their communication has stopped. My questions and concerns has been completely ignored at every communication and no refund has come.”
