“Problem in resolving the proof of no claims bonus was finally sorted but Bennetts inability to allow the existing policy to continue for a further 24/48 hours until proof arrived by post resulting in the cancellation of the policy was a major factor in ensuring I will not re-insure with this company again,The whole sorry episode has caused me much anxiety.I have therefore elected to opt out of the automatic policy renewal scheme.”
“When I subscibed my policy, I made a mistake with the address (nothing special, only the home number was wrong); also I forgot to subscribe the "breackdown cover" for my motorbike, and it has been enough to call them to sort out it. I was waiting for theyre answer only few minutes! Great customer service. A week later, I unfortunately needed to use the breackdown cover. Less then an hour, and the mechanic was on my bike! Because he couldn`t fix it there, called for me a truck, and in less then an hour the truck was there to take my bike and me at home. Great!”
