the one downside was i was asked to send proof of my ncd which i emailed to them 3 times, and after 4 weeks they took more money out of my account citing that they hadn't received my ncd proof, which they had because they emailed back saying thank you, it took me 6 weeks to get this sorted and get my money back, which for a company with so much experience was shocking, i'd be thinking twice about using them again.”
“I rang the number given and was answered promptly. They answered all my questions and I was then emailed all documentation really promptly. As you would expect, there is a huge amount of this and this only caused me a problem because our broadband speed is so slow. Apart from that the whole process went really smoothly. Personally, I would still prefer a mailed copy of the documentation.”
