“The worst experience of my life when I had an not my fault accident five days after I got the bike. Passed pillar to post, lost emails and lost so much money on a brand new bike it's not funny. Bennetts are brokers not an insurance company and heaven knows with whom you actually end up. Sure they're the cheapest but boy am I paying for that now.... No follow up and confirmation of claim notice arrived two months after it was submitted! My advice based on my experience - go elsewhere.”
