“Not happy I ticked the box to protect my no claims discount once bought the insurance they never sent my documents I had to ask only to find out they had not protected my bonus and would cost me 70 pound to cancel or 70 to add the protection so not the cheapest as they tried making out avoid one call insurance is my advice”

“Had an absolute nightmare with the proof of no claims.
Uploaded docs & web said ok. But they kept saying they didnt have docs and couldnt accept any other way.
Eventually I herd no more so assumed ok, that is until I got a text & email advising to call urgently as underwritters were cancelling policy.
Turns out reason was they didnt have NCD proof!.
Yet more online chat until someone said they have docs ok.
Asked for notification that was all ok and policy would not now be cancelled and they refused to confirm, saying it took 2 days.
To this day nobody called back to let me know all ok.”
