“One Call told me they would renew my ins like for like where I had 750 and 125 insured together. After I'd paid and carefully read the details of the paperwork I discovered my 125 wasn't insured and now need to get new insurance just for 125 which I'm only keeping till one of my kids has the bike back as it was there's in the first place.”
“Policy seemed good, however, be sure you have entered ALL details in correctly as even the smallest of policy changes incur a very hefty "admin charge". I made a mistake when I entered my details, I failed to realise that I had to include a 'No Fault' car insurance claim, for which I wasn't even the driver. After One Call found this out, they instantly charged me £39 admin fee to add it to the policy, even though it didn't effect the price of the policy. When I tried to cancel the insurance, even within 7 days of purchase, again they said a heavy early cancellation fee would be incurred. Very poor customer service, I would not recommend One Call.”
“signed up not a problem, only hiccup was when they required confirmation of my NCB which was a bit of a pain getting it from my previous insurer, this should be something that can be seen by all insurers. however once completed fast and effecient service. particularly liked the little tags sent by post with the breakdown contacts on them, 10/10”
