“8/10 not as slick as other insurance companies but still pretty good. The only negative to date is access online to view policy really bad and unable to make contact to see if my insurance had started!”
“They couldn't find my no claims bonus on any data base so I had to send them two emails and a letter from my previous company before they accepted it. I also spent over 30 minutes on their chat line trying to sort it out, but in the end because I was waiting over five minutes between replies I ended the chat. And for all this they have then charged me an extra £39 administration fee! keep away, they are rip-off merchants.”
