“Only one star from me I'm afraid. I've been charged additional premium for use of a hire car if my bike in in for repair. In 30+ years of insuring motorcycles, I have never wanted, or needed a hire car if my bike was off the road. I asked for it to be refunded, One Call refused!”

“Awful experience because they recommended ONE CALL insurance! Sadly if i had known what a,cowboy outfit they are i would not have used them. In stuck now for 12 months with them! Should have stuck with Bennetts”
