Only one star from me I'm afraid. I've been charged additional premium for use of a hire car if my bike in in for repair. In 30+ years of insuring motorcycles, I have never wanted, or needed a hire car if my bike was off the road. I asked for it to be refunded, One Call refused!

Pretty easy to insure but still waiting for my posted documents which I requested when taking up the policy.

Awful experience because they recommended ONE CALL insurance! Sadly if i had known what a,cowboy outfit they are i would not have used them. In stuck now for 12 months with them! Should have stuck with Bennetts

Broker facility OK but didnt quite get what the policy said on the tin - charged £20 supplement with no option to look at alternatives!
