Polite and friendly on the phone, very helpful. Good price. Would recommend. Haven't had any issues whatsoever with my bike, no claims etc, however I would expect and easy response.

Unfortunately the policy actually increased by 25% between getting the quote & buying it, explained by saying that rates vary weekly. Not so reasonably priced in the end.

Two newbies on first bikes. Very helpful in explaining and sorting a competitive quote for someone who never had a clue. Hopefully as good if ever need to make a claim.

Have been amazing in helping me with my insurance and ensured i completed all steps correctly, i had no problems with them and are easy to contact, would defintely recommend

Sending proof of no claims proved to be a challenge but eventually it was sorted out.

You are very expensive for no reason but to exploit people with no knowledge of insurance company's. I went from a Harley Davidson to a Triumph Tiger in which you said it would be an extra £700 to insure? Bringing me to £1000. With a 2 years no claims bonus? I got my insurance with a different company for £250? Saving £750. Stay away from this company at all costs. Not that this would be put up as an official review because it's 100% truth. I was a loyal customer for 3 years.
