“Through extenuating circumstances, I was unable to prove my no claims in the month i was given. No help was given to me, even under my circumstance, and the customer service was fairly disgraceful as they couldn't care less. Also got charged extra as they logged me as 'commuting' rather than using the bike for social events. Would not recommend unless you enjoy being drained of money and time for no apparent reason.”
