“A run-of-the-mill insurance policy. Cannot complete over the internet though, they ring you up to go through the forms, and then immediately put you on hold to wait for an advisor. Waited something like an hour (seriously!) then took another hour to go through the forms. All up, it took all afternoon, then there was the emailing of copy documents. Why they need ALL FOUR sheets of the V5 is beyond me. Did not reply to my email requests for confirmation that they were happy they had received, I had to ring them again. I dread the thought of what trying to make a claim might be like.”
“Worst insurance company I've ever dealt with . Very poor comunication. Cost me a fortune in phone calls . Kept on hold for far too long . Kept wanting more and more documentation from me and in the end cost me an additional £11.20 plus a 45 minute phone call from my mobile !! Not happy .”
