“Accepted my application and payment, after one month of trying to give proof of no-claims bonus, would not accept my documentation. Still awaiting reimbursement.”
“Cheap quote but took 15 mins to answer phone and then sent E Mail requesting you contact DVLA for licence check,submit proof of NCB, Send Nat Ins number, and front and rear copys of Licence Never had do do all this for previous Insurers. A pain in the neck”
“Don’t use right choice. From the start I have had dramas with this company. I sent all the required documents and then got a call saying my policy was going to be cancelled due to no documents being received. I called and they said that it was all sorted and it was fine. I then got another email later saying I needed to contact the cancellation team.
Now I have found a £60 transaction on top of my usual payment to this company. I have no idea of what this charge is for. The staff are not useful and the quality of service is poor.

“The reason for only giving 3 stars is because I have been riding motocross from being six years old and I am more than capable of riding a small 125cc on the road I race 450cc but none of this is taken into account when purchasing insurance so the price they give is the same as someone that has never riden a bike other than to take a cbt test”
