“I didn't realise i had insurance already with me previous insurance , i paid for the insurance with Right choice, but then they wanted prove of my 9 years no claims bonus, when i ask L.V they then told me i was already covered ! ..but Right Choice said they "DIDN'T " Have the ability to check i already had cover with L.V. and didn't return my money.”

“It’s seems all good to begin with then bam.. they call me a few days later saying we need to confirm a few things which is totally fine until they hit me with the hidden charges. So I end up having to pay a extra £100 out and they didn’t give me a proper reason why. They just said something about having to amend my details which was strange as I had put it all in correctly to begin with. Then a few days later after charging me these hidden costs I get a email from them threatening to cancel my insurance unless I send them my driving licence and some other stuff. After I had sent that all through, the next day I get a text message this time threatening to cancel my insurance that day if I don’t send them by driving licence. So not too happy about them charging me the hidden costs and then threatening me TWICE to cancel my insurance”
