“Overall I am satisfied with my insurance up until now, the only issue I had was with customer service as they did not supply me with the answer I was seeking. The question was in regards to comprehensive insurance, I wanted to know whether I would be covered for theft, and if so how much. The first person told me that they are not able to provide me with that information for reasons I do not know. I even asked for an estimate for a £2000 motorbike but still received the same answer. I then called once again and was told that I would be covered for the price of the motorbike, but it wasn't a confident answer but since I received this information I use it is true, otherwise I'm receiving incorrect information.”
