“Very easy to set the policy up without any issues sent documents over as requested. Then tried to make a claim and was informed that on top of the £500 voluntary excess and £150 compulsory excess that there would also be another £250 excess due to me being under 20 years old. So that would make £900 excess to claim. What a joke and nothing written anywhere on my policy so was shocked after the call and decided to fix it myself as they wanted to do the mechanics review with Photographs rather than someone actually looking over the bike. I think it's a complete sham and won't be using them again”
