“Awful customer service. The customer service department always say they will call you back and never do. They are rude and unprofessional and you can never get anything done.
I haven't had to make a claim, but I am really worried if I do make a claim it won't be handled correctly.
I'm beginning to regret getting the cheapest insurance.”
