“I actually cancelled this policy and went back to my previous insurer Bennetts as I was unable to find my counterpart driving licence and neither would Go Skippy accept my proof of no claims bonus. Their response was quick but their actions in refunding my payment less so, needing several emails/phone calls to activate it. I managed to get a massive £80 reduction on my original quote from Bennetts which goes to show what a legalised con the insurance business really is !”
