“My son had an accident which he reported the next day and was told someone would be in touch to arrange an assessment of the damage. No-one contacted him. He phoned the insurers to see what was happening but the accident details had not been passed on to the relevant people so no-one was coming. Eventually someone came and took the bike to be assessed. We didn't hear anything for a while so my son had to chase up what was happening. He was told it was a right off and could either take a settlement cheque or buy it back, he chose the cheque. Again nothing then happened. When he contacted them they said they hadn't been instructed to go ahead with a settlement. At every turn the company has had to be chased up! Not great service!!!”

It took four days to get in contact to amend policy details. After having an accident there was not contact at all about the process of the claim over the past three months.”
“Please do not use this company the series is very poor the company I pervided all the information to then on the phone and sent copy's of driving lincen to them and thay have calleled my cover with them say lack off information given”
