“Terrible, had to take me details everytime they call, transfered through to insurers and never passed my details, so had to give them again. In the end much easier doing it your self.”

“Nightmare to deal with ended up paying more after accepted policy. Cost a fortune on phone. They could have rang me instead of letters could have sorted discrepancy a lot sooner. Dont even beleive error was my fault.”
“Haven't claimed (and hopefully won't), but so far - best site for comparing features and actually being able to review the policy detail before buying. No annoying hassling phone calls like other providers (*cough* MCE) . I did have a question re sending N.C.B. though that no-one bothered replying to.”
