“First time with this insurance company, I accidentally email the wrong page for my no claim years, instead of contacting me they were going take another £80. Ish from my account, they did rectify it after they contacted my old insurance company, begs the question of why did they not do that first”
“They took ages to sort out the paperwork. Slow to tell me what they needed and then asking for the same thing several times after I had sent it. The good thing is that I saved circa £100 so maybe it was worth the hassle.”
“Poor from beginning to end supplied details that no other insurer has ever required . Receipt of sale was not sufficient .Tax form as proof of address , Drivers license. proof of mileage. DVLA Proof of ownership. Would not recommend to anyone . And will not be renewing Clearly dont care about their customers no response to emails. Get your your money and forget about you. I couldnt use my bike although I had paid in full while they took their time to do nothing ,”
“Very dissapointed couldnt wait to take my oney forst time around an wen due to renew policy waited for a phone call last month for two weeks after taking ages to get in touch woth some one I arranged this call back last month no call back in end went elswere for insurance which starts in few days an now told only send me a copy off my no claims through email even thoughasked for it t i sent in postas well as theydone with my policy so in my opinion not a very helpfull company to be honest”
