“Lots of back and forth when I was working at a dental lab and mentioned I may have to make the odd delivery. The order of notifications was terrible, post saying one thing and then emails another. The app is not great and not user friendly. I also sent queries via online, latest asking about driving a car on my policy and they responded about a motorbike. Amateur and would recommend not insuring with this company.”

Insurance cost me £104 just over two weeks later sold my bike,after admin fees and other fees was refunded £21.60 on top of that the service was very poor indeed, never again, be warned!!!

“I made a mistake on my quote realised after I had bought it rang up straight away and they wanted to charge me over 60 pounds to correct it tried to explain but the lady on phone just said I should of check .luckily after pleading she reduced it to nearly 35 .not Happy.”
“I would not insure with Adrian Flux/BikeSure again. They quoted a good price online. I made a small error of stating the moped was bought one year before it had been. This error apparently meant the insurance would be £70 plus more expensive but they also wanted to charge me a policy amnemdnet fee and this all before the policy was even issued. I then said, right I will cancel the policy as it is within the first 14 days and I was then quoted a very high cancellation fee - creating a financial trap where I was not truly free to accept their new contract offer. I felt manipulated and coerced. They are not operating their buisness in an honest and straightforward manner.”
