“Didn't actually get the broker i wanted as they were closed on saturdays (when i was buying the bike to ride back from stoke to newcastle on tyne) But it failed to mention this on the website, so now i've ended up paying nearly double the premium as it was the only time i had to get the bike. Other than that it was fairly decent, done me no favours in the long run however, just another comparison site really, nothing special. Other than that the site is laid out well and is informative to the degree of input of information. Was easy to find a broker disregarding the quote i got online and couldn't get on the day, so i suppose that was handy to have that at my finger tips.”

“Took out insurance telling them that the bike would be garaged at all times at our regular address. They accepted this, but a few weeks later doubled the insurance saying that because we had 2 addresses, they had to take the higher risk address for calculating the premium, even though we don't live there.
