“The online purchase system was not operations so I had to call, this immediately cost me around £30 more for the same policy. It was originally not the cheapest and even with the sting of an extra £30 I still found it to be a good policy so continued to purchase. After this point it became problematic and the Ombudsman is now involved in this case. I was left with no choice but to cancel my policy just 35 days after purchase and have had nil refund - so it has been the most expensive insurance I've ever taken out in 25 years!”

“Be expected to pay a premium telephone rate. Then give details to someone who puts you on hold for approximately 15 to. 20 minutes to be asked by someone else exactly the same questions, put on hold for approximately 10 minutes and then be charged well over the odds for whatever policy or changes to policy required. As a business I am amazed they are still trading. I certainly won't be entertaining them again. Advice to my colleagues and friends use another insurance even if more expensive.”

“The hole experience has been disappointing, since have the policy it has been cancelled by yourselves due to an administration error by your staff.
The date was incorrect of the policy holders date of birth which wasn't discovered until 2 months later. Lucky enough there was no incidents or the police had not stopped my son other wise im not sure where we would of stood!
I would love to hear from your managing director on there thoughts but when you call you cant get any further.
