It was good but I was bit disappointed it cost more but I was only want to pay around about £200 to £300

Filled the form.on line,paid for full year On full driving licence with 12 points ,clear with DVLA but they still used my bank details to withdraw money without my consent ,apparently I had to tell them about a fine 5 years ago .I spoke to DVLA and they confirmed my clear status. Tried to explain this to sure Bike but they wouldn't listen Logic is they are thieves ,its my money and my Bank account they used ,very mean

Not a great company if you want to change something on your policy when it hasn’t even been accepted. Charged me extra to change the mileage. They had taken the first payment but I wasn’t covered and wanted an admin fee and additional charge to change the mileage. Also emailed an aggressive letter to me in big red letters regarding missing information saying I was not covered until they received further information, just because I had started working. If they hadn’t had my money I would not have stayed with them. I won’t be renewing with them next year.

Painful to deal with wanted pictures of bike in garage, copies of registration papers etc etc

Terrible company lie, change policy without consent then charge you to change it back

Very rude on the phone and took advantage of me of my age and charged me more then I was meant to be
