“I've just tryed to cancel my insurance.and I was kept on the phone for 15 mins to be told we will ring you back at 11.30 from 9.45 and its14.52 and no one as rang me back.very poor

“The original telephone 'interview' to set up the policy took nearly 40 minutes because the young Adrian Flux operator was struggling. Subsequently, this agency asked for some verification documentation; those documents were sent but then I received notice of termination because they had not been received/recognised/logged/whatever. I sent again and the same thing happened again! Finally, the policy WAS concelled and, whilst that inconveniences me, I had become tired of the struggle to do business with this agency. [I had the same experience when I insured my motorhome through this same agency - though they did eventually find my documents and the policy was then confirmed]
Under NO circumstances could I recommend Adrian Flux!”
“Your send me a insurance reminder 3 months earlier, because of internet glitch i insured my bike twice, before realizing that it was not due for another 2 months. Thank you so much, in cancellation fees and so on your little "early" reminder cost me £200.”
