the quote i got on line went up by £20 said i had convictions i did not have once that was cleared up and numerouse photos sent in as proof of being garaged had problem with prooving my no claims instead of saying were sorry mister moore we cannot verify your no claims we need to charge you a little more than agreed my policy was canceled ? but the guy that told me about bikesure has not had to send any photos , proof of no claims or anything i am still waiting for refund and explanation ?.

Im a new biker and the ease with which these guys dealt with the purchase of this policy made my car insurers look laughable. I can't recommend The Bike Insurer highly enough. If you want hassle free and no nonsense these people are for you. Highly competitive rates to boot. .

I found the whole experience very pleasant and simple. Customer service was excellent. My only criticism is the policy doesn't allow you to ride other bikes. T.

Sent paperwork back went on holiday, to come back to a cancellation letter and a refund of only 35.00 out of 195.00!!!! I will never pay in full for insurance again, a very bad experience... and will be advising the many biker friends I have of my experience. Jay edney.

I was impressed with the agent who helped me insure my Vespa with a sidecar attached also they gave me good information on insuring my second scooter a Suzuki epicure It was very easy to do over the phone and documents arrived with in three working days Clive Boyles.

As a barebones policy provider, no doubt, Bikesure is doing well. However, I'm extremely disappointed by their inability to address time sensitive communication, even within their allotted "2 working days". I certainly feel quite let down as I bent over backwards trying to get every single document they requested to them, in time and without delay - yet they think its appropriate to leave me hanging on a time sensitive matter. Looks like they're eager to be helpful but only when it's to their own benefit and they're trying to convince you to purchase a policy from them. In my experience, and I stress that this is MY personal opinion, they need to address their after sales service.
