“Awful communication, lack of clarity of what is required. Sending an e-Mail with the required documents, only to receive an e-Mail saying my policy will be cancelled if I do not give the documents over. Contradiction. Simply awful service. Never again.”
“Be very careful to get your details right. When I corrected a speeding offence after purchasing using the online system the policy was loaded and a penalty figure applied. Cancellation penalties were, of course, usurious so I was stuck. Their attitude was: "Tough". So much for my honesty.
I won't be using them again. Not because they were wrong - because they aren't customer focused, just plain unpleasant.”
