“I took out 2 insurance policies one for a 1200s on portages plates and one on english plates which wasn't the cheepest insurance but you were the first company and your tel sales were very good so i went with you, wrong decision. When i enquired at a later date about some other matter i found out that the Portugal bike was not insured to ride so why was i asked how many miles would i be doing each year! So i canceled that one, then even when i asked you about the refund based on the fact your company miss led me your best offer for the years refund was £48 that is an insult and a joke. I have got insurance for both bikes £145 cheaper than your company but to honest i would have stayed with you but you didn't tell me i couldn't ride the Portugal bike, you have miss lead me and failed in your duty off care i will be taking this complaint further. “I was on the phone to the number shown on your website page for 30 minutes. According to your image calls are charged at 5p per minute. I am with 02 and the total cost to me for phoning this number to arrange my insurance was £12. I think you should make future customers aware of how high additional charges to your number can be.”
