As I only use my bike for 8 months of the year and only need fire and theft cover for 4 months of the year it would be advantageous if a cover could be tailored around my needs reflecting in a more competitive price. I am sure this would be taken up by a large number of riders.”

During the policy I had issues which needed dealing with and people did not call me back as promised and could not answer questions regarding additional fees . I have cancelled this policy and would not deal with you again unfortunately due to the circumstances and the way I was treated as a customer”
