It began to feel like a full time job sending documentation over and over again, trying to get through to the call centre was nie on impossible and would be at least a 20 minute hold everytime.

The purchase of the policy was easy with clear on line form filling. the price paid is competitive with good comprehensive cover. As I only use my bike for 8 months of the year and only need fire and theft cover for 4 months of the year it would be advantageous if a cover could be tailored around my needs reflecting in a more competitive price. I am sure this would be taken up by a large number of riders.

From the outset of my policy customer services were quite rude and abrupt . During the policy I had issues which needed dealing with and people did not call me back as promised and could not answer questions regarding additional fees . I have cancelled this policy and would not deal with you again unfortunately due to the circumstances and the way I was treated as a customer

I'm not happy with the service you have provided. I'm olny still with you because i needed my scooter to be insured urgently.

Great service so far. You answer the phone, unlike Bewiser my previous insurers.

You should know the answer to that.you messed me about over the motor bike garage and charged me another £24.00 because of your intepertation of a garage .it was sold to me as a motor cycle garage and cost me £1000 where as a shed would only cost me £400
