the reason I didn't respond first time is because I have a couple of bikes, and the request you sent has no reference to which one this is connection with, so I was not sure!
so my feedback would be to include a reference to this on the request; ie "thank you for using Bikesure to check policies for your Suzuki Bandit"
that, and to suggest that you send the request in a few days after the service has been used.
