“Computer says no. Completely unable to change or modify my personal details. Wasted hours on the phone taking out coverage and then having it refused and being charged admin fees. Polite people but unable to do the job.”
“I obtained insurance really quickly cost 70 quid , great really happy . A few days later I receive a letter , I ring up , I get asked a few questions about where I live, I explain we have a business 1.5 miles from my house , a public house , I explained for the pub insurance we need to have someone one the premises at night.... me. After several minutes I get a response of , we cannot insure the bike as I am not registered at the pub address . So I explained the bike has been kept at the pub in a garage for 10 years with a car parked in front of the garage for extra security, but because I am registrared at another address you can't insure me, I said ok , how about this,I'm taking my bike to work and I work nights so that is why the bike is garaged here. That would explain why it's here at work... safe in a garage , makes sense to me . Nope not good enough , so I say ok I'll change address with dvla, nope because I've already declared my situation it's too late , ok so I've got 14 days cooling off period , nope not in this case. Ok for them to agree my circumstances they want another 90 quid, I'm mot paying that who would pay more than double? So cancel it I said , we can do that but it's gonna cost 30 quid , nearly half the original cost!! So I had too choices 1....was to pay more than double the original fee and choice 2 ..cancel and pay half the original fee , for a bike if not even taken on the road !!!ein win for u , loose loose for me , so to answer your question , not happy at all , for the pleasure of using your company it's cost me money for a product I never used, p.s I have found s company to excel my situation without any problems to either party. The girl on the phone was very polite and understood the problem , but to charge me for the privilege of using your product or not using it as was the case is ridiculous , I would appreciate a full refund but I don't expect you will.”
