“Really awful company - i know they say you get what you pay for but this lot are a joke. had three dealings with them. First they didn't add a named driver, meaning the vehicle WAS USED ON THE ROADWITHOUT INSURANCE. Then bike was stolen and they alledged i told them it was garaged, when i dont own a garage and live in a terraced house. doubled my excess meaning the price i would have to pay was more than the cost of a new bike! then on a car with fully comp insurance in a non fault accident - they want to scrap it all because it has a dent in the door and refuse to allow a buy back. what is the point of this company. check out their adverts - the reason they have a seagull as their figurehead is because they will crap all over you.”
