“Was very disappointed with the service i have just received. I have been using Hastings direct for the past 4 year. I have both car insurance, bike and van insurance with them. I have just recently moved home and when i told them of the move my car insurance wasnt affected but they charged £75 on my bike insurance and when i questioned why the said it was a admin fee. I only renewed my bike insurance 1 month ago and i had to pay a upfront cost of £75 and just to change my address they have charge me again ONLY on my bike. Very disappointed and feel i have been cheated due to the move.”
