On the whole I was happy with the process of setting up my policy by phone but it was a bit drawn out as I was passed between 3 partners in the process and was not expecting this. Hoever, what I feally feel aggrieved over is that I sent the original document from my last insurer showing my no claims status with a request in an accompanying letter that it be returned to me in the stamped addressed letter I enclosed. I have never got it back and was told when I enquired about it that it had been destroyed by one of the bodies involved. The Post Office customer Service Adviser I discussed this with sent me back a good colour reproduction of it but on two sheets, nota singleon 2 occasions to email me a statement that this was all she had been able to do and she agreed both times that she would but I have never got that.

Quick easy and cheap, just like my ex (except for the cheap bit). I was late sending my 'no claims document' but they were very supportive and helped me out. Would go with them again.

As i have my car is with the Post office, i was happy to insure my bike with them. As with all insurance, you dont know how they perform untill you need to claim, hope i never have to put them to the test.

Do not use them, the service they provide is shocking, no idea about dual motorbike insurance, and quite frankly will cease cover without making much effort to contact you. They should stick to seeking stamps.
