My old policy had run out and it seemed to take ages actually getting seen to on the phone or getting someone to phone back.When all i wanted to do is get out on me bike.

“Although I rated the PO good in relation to the questions asked, I was completely frustrated with their proof of no-claims system. I submitted the requirements twice and originally they would not accept scans emailed and then said they did on the second threat of terminating my policy.
I then had phone my last insurers at cost (calling queue etc) to permit them to forward the proof. Funny how their systems can all interact when its in their favour and not the client!”
“When I went to apply for a tax disk after purchasing insurance through the Post Office, they could give me the disk without me having proper documentation of my insurance as it is the same company. All it took was a phone call to confirm. For this reason I will happily insure with Post Office in future.”
