“When I bought the policy selected RAC breakdown cover included. The premium recalculated for this, I paid, but when the docs arrived no breakdown cover was included. I reported this ( I also had a screenshot of the purchase screen showing breakdown was included) but they replied saying I hadn't added breakdown cover despite me sending them the screenshot showing it been included when I made the purchase. :-(.”

They won't allow me to queue on the phone system when I'm available (instead they insist on phoning me back at some random inconvenient time). They also refuse to communicate via post (ironic considering they're selling via the Post Office).”
