“Brought insurance and due to computer problems didn't receive notification from them till it was to late about sending ncb in. Also had landline problems they could have sent us a letter but they just sent one saying they had cancelled the insurance although it was with the same broker aviva as the year before . Tried to get insurance reinstated and would have sent ncb in asap but they didn't want to know. Lost over £100 .would not recommend to anyone. Had to insure again but the broker is still aviva it's mad.”
