“AVOID AVOID AVOID, they did not send me my docs in the post as advised they would, I then tryed to download and couldn't, then after two months they sent me a letter saying that they had canceled my insurance 2 weeks prior as I didn't send my ncb which was asked for in my pack that I never received, luckily I wasn't riding my bike otherwise I would be riding unlawfully without knowing.then they demanded the remaining balance or they would take me to court, absaloutly jokers il stick with bennets”
“As a broker they are not interested once they have your money you then have to deal with the company who were very unhelpful and wanted to squeeze more money out of me very poor”
“Quoted via Bike Insurer and was extremely pleased to find a sensible excess level and also that there were no ridiculous clauses that suddenly popped up at the last moment.
So good cover from the PO on both my bikes, and Bike Insurer were much better than the other lot with a similar name!”
“1 - The initial quotes supplied via the search engine, increased when you went through the links to the Insurers
2 - Hidden Unusual terms such as your policy being cancelled in the event of a total loss even though it is a muti-bike policy. You literally do not find this out until you have paid.
3 - BEING LIED TO by Adrian Flux staff - Another ridiculous clause, if you have stated that your bike is Garaged (as mine are) and then leave your bike in front of your house unattended, so let's say you drop home at lunch time, have sandwich and go back to work - if your bike is stolen you are not covered. When I queried this, the condescending young girl at the end of the line, put me on hold and came back stating that none of their insurers would cover the bike if left in front of the house. That was a lie, as all I had to do was requote without stating the bike was garaged and Hey Presto, dozens of quotes and not more than 10% different. So let me think - £6,000 Gixer, pay an additional £14 per year by stating 'Not Garaged' and if it is stolen off the drive, it is covered... obviously my bikes are 'not garaged'.
I did end up with one still insured via Adrian Flux, that was in error, the rest are with Devitt.

PS I bet this does not get used..”
