“Despite being with Saga Select the previous year, they decided to cancel our policy whilst we were away stating they had not received proof of no claims, in spite of it being sent immediately it was asked for. We returned fro holiday to find they had written to us and cancelled the policy in spite of everything else being done on line. Customer service was none existent, refusing to refund our premium, refusing to reinstate our policy all they would say is that they would requote us, In spite of us already having paid them nearly £60 for no insurance which they refused to refund. Fortunately my credit card company were supportive and refunded my money. Will never use them again, now back with Carole Nash who were extremely helpful!”
