“got in touch with saga for quote ,about fifty pounds , great sent cheque off. had a cover note till documents arrived, couple of days later had a letter saying price would be about two hundred pound. where did that come from? told them not to bother with it asked for refund , told I couldn't, have refund as they gave me one months insurance .still getting letters for insurance now. will not recommend saga to anyone they had fifty quid, now they don,t want to know its a con.”
“Hello, I started by comparing my £120 odd insurance with Saga £55. I went ahead,I tried twice to do it on line and failed so I printed all the info. and with a cheque sent it all off.
A man phoned me and asked me to check all my details and that was it.
The company quiried my no claims bonus and asked for proof which I duly sent off.
I have sent two letters and stated that I have had no certificate of insurance and, if they do not want to insure me then return my money.
At this moment in time I have recieved nothing at all.
It appears to me I have paid £55 to become uninsured and deeply regret my actions of moving from my previous insurer. If possible can you look into this for me.

So onto the web I went and I found it quick and easy to establish which company I wanted to go with and after a couple of phone calls to Sage Select the deal was done. So in short I am paying less for Fully Comp Insurance now than I was for Third Party Fire and Theft before.
