needed to change policy to insure new bike was told that it could take up to 24 hours for someone to get back to me -went elsewhere.”
“Very disappointing and not what I remember from previous experience. I had to wait almost 6 hours for a callback to arrange to change my vehicle. I was told that I was lucky and that the usual time was 24 hours. The cost of changing was far too high. I would have been much better cancelling my existing policy and starting a new one.
Not impressed at all.”
