“Given 2 quotes for current address and future address I would be moving to. Upon the move I rang to change addresses to be told they would not cover me for the new area and we're going to cancel my policy. They then re-quoted me £2000 (a £1700+ jump). They then didn't even cancel my policy and expected me to send documents via recorded delivery in order for them to do so. Once I did, they claimed admin fees for cancellation, fees for other admin amongst various other hidden costs. I had the policy 43 days and was refunded less than a third of the money I had paid.
Do not use this company! Just pay a bit extra and be in good hands rather than this poor excuse of a company.”
